Children practice. Parents stay in control.

Parents provide account and contact details. Child profiles use a nickname, grade, and a parent-managed access code. We record answers, completed activities, skill coverage, rewards, and related technical information needed to run and protect the service.

Please do not enter a child’s full legal name, school, or other unnecessary personal details.

We use it to authenticate accounts, deliver grade-aware practice, show progress to the parent account, provide support, maintain security, and improve the learning experience. Parent-facing AI guidance uses practice patterns rather than a child’s name.

On public pages, we use a random browser identifier to count visits, broad page categories, sample interactions, and signup or plan-selection actions. Broad source categories help us understand how visitors find the site; we do not store full referrer URLs, campaign text, form contents, or child answers in these analytics. This acquisition tracking excludes signed-in family and child sessions and respects the browser’s Do Not Track setting. Blocking browser storage can prevent collection. Analytics are used to improve the website, not for advertising profiles.

Uploaded school reports and parent-entered results are stored with the child’s account. If a parent requests and consents to AI review, the selected report file is sent to OpenAI along with the grade, subject, and available practice skills. Redact names, student IDs, school details, and other unnecessary identifiers before uploading. AI-extracted results and proposed plans are saved for parent review and can contain errors. A parent must confirm before a proposal replaces the weekly plan. This does not verify a school score or predict a future FAST result.

Florida Fast Prep does not show advertising to children or provide public child profiles. Service providers may process limited information on our behalf to host, secure, operate, and support the product. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.

On public pages, we store a random browser identifier to count visitors and daily traffic. These counts are separate from family accounts and do not include names, email addresses, school results, or page query strings. We skip private dashboards and child practice pages, and honor the browser’s Do Not Track setting. Clearing site storage resets the identifier; blocking storage prevents this measurement.
